What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how KwendaStudios treats personal information that KwendaStudios collects and receives, including information related to your past use of KwendaStudios products and services. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with KwendaStudios under confidentiality agreements. KwendaStudios displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria – for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area.
KwendaStudios does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
KwendaStudios does reserve the right at our discretion only to publicly list companies that are subscribers to our service in the form of company name and location. At our sole discretion, we may also from time to time list the subscriber website URL to show as an example to prospective or current subscribers.
KwendaStudios reserves the right to collect and share billing and shipping addresses for fraudulent credit card transactions for fraud prevention purposes.
KwendaStudios reserves the right to compile anonymous subscriber and end-user information in the form of statistical information, such as, but not limited to, the top songs list(s) or date availability checks. This does not include personally identifiable information.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Cookies

KwendaStudios may set and access KwendaStudios cookies on your computer.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your KwendaStudios Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time.
New categories of marketing communications may be added from time to time. Users can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the KwendaStudios service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the KwendaStudios Newsletter, that are considered part of your KwendaStudios account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Confidentiality and Security.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
Your KwendaStudios Account Information is password-protected.
In most areas KwendaStudios uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
